Ignorance is Blasphemy
In today’s world ignorance is no more bliss, its blasphemy! For, I cannot fathom the thought how anyone could end up spending an ‘x’ amount of money on a particular item when it is available for much less. And no, I am not referring to making purchases in a sale. Gone are the days when one had to keep waiting patiently for your favourite store to go on sale so that you could buy the goods that you so badly wanted. In this day and age it is a matter of keeping your eyes wide open and be on the lookout for better prices and better deals. It’s the day and age of discount coupons and the days of making your money work harder than before.Couponzguru - Online deals and coupons in India #Coupons Click To Tweet
Actually I learnt this through my husband after I moved to the US. One weekend we decided to rejuvenate ourselves and splurge on a spa. One knows how expensive good spas are and I knew this was going to be one hell of an expensive rejuvenation. But what the heck, it would be worthwhile after all. We enjoyed to the fullest and when it was payback time, to my surprise we landed up spending less than half of the actual amount payable. Guess why? Because my husband waved a magic wand called a ‘coupon’. He had already planned this outing for us and had booked the spa appointment through a pre-purchased coupon, which was heavily discounted. I was amazed and that’s when I realised that there always deals available if you look for them in the right place.
Last week, while booking our flights within India, I searched for deals and tried the same jig as my husband. I wondered if such deals were available for spends in India and while looking for discounts and coupons, I staggered upon a very useful India based site called Couponzguru. It’s amazing how most of us are not even aware that such websites exist. I figured that it is one of the leading coupons and deals websites in India and they provide their users with the latest coupons and deals for online shopping portals, travel portals, hosting providers and even eateries like pizza outlets, covering most categories related to online shopping. Going through it I realised that they did have some very good deals going and were tied up with the ‘who’s who’ of the e-commerce world – Flipkart, Myntra, Expedia, Make My Trip to name a few.
All one had to do is figure out what you want from your favourite shopping site, pick up coupon codes like Fabfurnish Coupons, Pepperfry Coupons, Firstcry Offers, Happily Unmarried Discount, Grofers etc and apply it while making the final payment. Simple!
